Lyla is completing her BFA in Drama (Musical Theatre) at NYU Tisch with double minors in Classical Civilizations and the Business of Entertainment, Media & Technology. Her recent stage credits include Mean Girls in Pittsburgh CLO’s historic 80th Season, Mean Girls at NYU, and the World Premiere of Love Somebody Now, featuring music by Broadway’s Andrew Lippa.

On screen, Lyla made her Primetime TV debut on a long-time favorite, Law & Order: SVU, and will appear in the upcoming feature films The Next Play and Arman Taheri's Cuttlefish.

Beyond the stage and screen, Lyla is the Founder of the Nonprofit Organization letkidscreate.org. She recently published her children's book, I Want To Be On Stage, which, through the organization, is continuously distributed to young students in Title 1 schools in one of the largest school districts in the United States completely free!
