Lyla is currently completing her BFA in Drama (Musical Theatre) at NYU Tisch’s New Studio on Broadway with double minors in Classical Civilizations and the Business of Entertainment, Media & Technology. Her recent stage credits include Cady Heron in Mean Girls at NYU, Mean Girls in Pittsburgh CLO’s historic 80th Season, and the World Premiere of Love Somebody Now, featuring music by Broadway’s Andrew Lippa.

On screen, Lyla made her Primetime TV debut on a long-time favorite, Law & Order: SVU, and will appear in the upcoming feature films The Next Play and Arman Taheri's‍ ‍Cuttlefish.

Beyond the stage and screen, Lyla is the Founder of the Nonprofit Organization letkidscreate.org. Through the organization, her children's book, I Want To Be On Stage, is continuously distributed to young students in Title 1 schools in one of the largest school districts in the United States completely free!
